The Modbury Soccer Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 17 December 2018 at 7.00pm at the Smith Partners Stadium Clubrooms (corner of Golden Grove Rd & Milne Rd, Ridgehaven).
The following Committee Positions are up for election.
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- General Committee
(Please note: The Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected for a 2-year term.)
Roles on the General Committee include but are not limited to:
- Senior Delegate
- Junior Coordinator/Delegate
- Women’s and Girls Coordinator/Delegate
- MiniRoos Coordinator
- Senior Registrar
- Junior Registrar
- Grounds and Facilities Coordinator
- Fundraising and Functions Coordinator
- Assistant Treasurer
- Media and Communications (including web and social media)
- Bar and Canteen Coordinator
To nominate for the Executive Committee, please either complete a an online nomination form, or download and complete a form and return it to The Secretary, Modbury Soccer Club, PO Box 45, Modbury North, 5092 or by e-mail to secretary@modburysc.com.au by no later than 5:00 pm on Monday 10 December 2018 (seven days prior to the Annual General Meeting).
