In the second of two long-weekend fixtures, Modbury take on Campbelltown in Round 5 of the PS4 National Premier League at Steve Woodcock Sports Centre on Monday 9 March, with kickoff at 3:00pm. After a disappointing result at home to Comets on Saturday, the Jets need a big performance and a positive result to restore much needed confidence. Having proven that we can compete with the best sides in the competition with a well deserved draw away to Croydon in Round 3, we should be confident of putting in a similar performance against Campbelltown and coming away the points.
In contrast to the Jets slow start to the season, Campbelltown have shown some impressive form and sit fourth on the ladder with two wins and two draws from the first four rounds. We last met Campbelltown during the 2011 Premier League season, coming away with a 0-0 draw at home and going down 3-1 away.
