In a top of the table clash, Modbury host South Adelaide at Smith Partners Stadium on Saturday 6 May with kickoff at 3:00pm.
With only three points separating the sides the Jets know that a win will see them level with the table topping Panthers. Back to back wins have consolidated Modbury’s place in the top two while South Adelaide suffered its first loss of the season last week. In what will surely be the match of the season thus far, an entertaining afternoon’s football is in store.
While the goal scoring exploits of Robbie Macdonald have been a highlight, the Jets allround performances have been equally as pleasing, especially the contributions of Modbury’s younger players. Another sound performance will be necessary to take the points against the Panthers however the Jets will be undoubtedly be motivated to get a result.
